NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla., February 14, 2019 – On Feb. 7, AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach hosted the second annual Affair for the Heart event at Riverpark Terrace.
Nearly 80 attendees helped raise $3,500 to benefit the hospital’s cardiac programs and projects.
“We are extremely grateful for the support from everyone involved in this event,” said Marlene Thomas, AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach Foundation Director. “Their generosity will go a long way in helping to improve the heart health of those in our own community.”
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed music by Gina Cuchetti and desserts by Mon Delice.
During the event, guests were able to sign up for the Friends of the Foundation program, a program set up to assist in fundraising events and serves as ambassadors for the Foundation.
