Get ready to swing for a cause! The UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Foundations are thrilled to announce their 2nd Annual Golf Tournament, taking place on Monday, September 15, 2025, at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club.
This purpose-driven event will unite community leaders, healthcare champions, and philanthropic partners for a day of friendly competition and powerful impact. Proceeds will benefit transformative initiatives across all four UChicago Medicine AdventHealth hospitals in Bolingbrook, Glendale Heights, Hinsdale, and La Grange.
Golfers will take on three of Cog Hill’s championship courses with a 12:00 p.m. shotgun start, following registration and lunch at 10:00 a.m. The day wraps up with a celebratory dinner and awards ceremony honoring the top foursomes at 5:30 p.m.
“This tournament is more than just a great day of golf—it’s a celebration of our shared commitment to the mission we serve, raising funds to help provide exceptional care close to home,” said Meghan Moreno, MS, Vice President, Midwest Health Foundation. “Every dollar raised helps us expand access to academic-level care, invest in leading-edge technology, and recruit top-tier talent to serve our communities.”
Don’t miss the fan-favorite Helicopter Ball Drop! For just $25 per entry, participants receive a numbered golf ball to be dropped from a helicopter over a designated hole. The ball that lands closest to—or in—the cup wins half the pot. The remaining proceeds will support the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to raise critical funds that enable our hospitals to deliver care to the patients and communities we serve. Winner need not to be present to win!
Whether you're a seasoned golfer or a passionate supporter of healthcare innovation, this is your chance to make a difference—one swing at a time.
