DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., January 18, 2017 During the Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center auxiliary's annual holiday luncheon on Dec. 2, the volunteers installed the auxiliary executive board for 2017.
The new members are: Luci Begin, general treasurer; Kay Harris, corresponding secretary; Robert Hornak, president; Pat Jones, Bird Cage Gift Shop treasurer Mary Anne Leonard, recording secretary; Susan Magoon, vice president; John McCarthy, Pinkadilly Thrift Shop treasurer; and Pat Roberson, personal secretary.
For more than 50 years, the Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center volunteer auxiliary has provided approximately 2.6 million hours of volunteer support and raised $4.9 million to benefit the hospital and community.
Hospital volunteers serve in more than 50 departments at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida Hospital Oceanside in Ormond Beach, the Pavilion at Port Orange, Florida Hospital New Smyrna and various other outpatient locations.
