Community Outreach Programs Whole Health for the Whole Community
Helping people feel better isn’t just about healing their bodies. It’s also about strengthening their minds, restoring their spirits, and building their communities. That’s why we believe in the principles of CREATION® Life — Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition — and extend them to everyone in our community.
At AdventHealth Dade City, formerly Florida Hospital Dade City, we foster an Environment of wellness by giving you the tools and resources you need to feel confident in your health. Our registered dietician and diabetes educator will help you learn more about Nutrition, our walking trail gives you the Choice to pause and reflect on the beauty of nature and our support groups are here to help lift your spirits and improve your Outlook. You can also Trust that the most underserved in our community will benefit from our free and low-cost health screenings and community education programs. Because when it comes to whole health, we believe in providing care that helps heal the whole person and the whole community.
