Dr. Vivian C. Aguilar, MD, FACOG, FPMRS, is a board-certified urogynecologist specializing in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Aguilar has been extensively published in many peer-reviewed publications, invited articles, abstracts and chapters on various gynecological subjects. As an educator of medical students and residents, she has been honored with several excellence in teaching awards.

Dr. Aguilar is passionate about caring for her patients and helping them understand their particular pelvic floor disorders to determine the best personalized treatment options and improve each woman’s quality of life. A highly experienced clinician, Dr. Aguilar is proud to serve the women of Celebration and Kissimmee. She is fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker.

Firas Al-Ani, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist. After receiving his medical degree from the Universitatea De Medicina Si Farmacie Grigore T. Popa in Lași, Romania, he went on to complete an internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.

Matthew Bennett, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedics surgery. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in engineering technology, he went on to earn a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Matthew has experience treating patients for a wide variety of orthopedic complaints and focuses on spine and total-joint care, both surgically and non-surgically. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys kayaking and cycling in Florida’s many beautiful spaces.

Jonathan Blum, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgical podiatrist. After graduating from The Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Blum received his medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He went on to complete a foot and ankle surgery residency at HealthSouth Larkin Hospital.

A highly experienced clinician, Dr. Blum has served as a foot and ankle surgeon for over 25 years. He has published several articles on foot and ankle disorders and is widely recognized for treating numerous professional athletes from the NBA, NFL, MLB, LPGA, PGA and MMA.

Scott S. Gordon, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. After graduating from New York Medical College in Valhalla with honors, he went on to complete an internship in general surgery and a residency in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Gordon has a wide variety of surgical experience with special interest in arthritis of the hand and wrist, carpal tunnel syndrome, joint implant arthroplasty and finger deformities. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Gordon enjoys acting, writing, filmmaking and playing music.

Nicole Jiménez, APRN, is a certified women’s health nurse practitioner and adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner who has been part of the AdventHealth family since 2013. She most recently served as a labor and delivery nurse at AdventHealth Celebration, earning four nominations for the Daisy Award for exceptional skill and compassionate care. Prior to becoming a professional nurse, she was an honors graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and earned a master’s degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies at Florida International University. She thereafter completed an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at UCF and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has completed both perinatal and critical care nurse internship programs and has basic proficiency in Spanish.

Education

Markus Kornberg, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. After graduating from City University of New York, he went on to earn his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He then completed a surgical residency at Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia and a spine surgery preceptorship at the University of Miami Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Kornberg is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and previously served as a medical officer on the USS Mount Whitney Blue Ridge-class amphibious command ship of the United States Navy.

Salman Mandhai, DO, FACC, is a fellowship-trained cardiologist board-certified in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Mandhai received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. He completed his internal medicine residency at Palmetto General Hospital in Miami before undertaking his specialty training in cardiology at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Mandhai is a member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, American College of Cardiology and the American Osteopathic Association.

Francisco Noda, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, Dr. Noda returned to the University of Puerto Rico School to complete an orthopedic surgery residency. He also completed an orthopaedic traumatology fellowship at Cooper Hospital University Medical Center. A highly experienced clinician, Dr. Noda, has served as an orthopedic surgeon for more than 20 years.

Winsome Osbourne, APRN, FNP-C, ACNPC-AG, is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Pasco-Hernando Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida and a Post Master of Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Saint Louis University. Through her own cancer experience, Winsome knew she wanted to provide her patients with the same dedication, empathy and expertise that aided her recovery. She is a Primary Care+ Partin Settlement practitioner in Kissimmee and is accepting new patients.
