Biography

Dr. Gottschalk is a board-certified family medicine physician who joined AdventHealth Medical Group in Lake Mary after serving as an AdventHealth Centra Care attending physician and as a staff physician at a private practice in Clermont. A proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he earned his medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He thereafter undertook his residency training at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore, where he earned the Lee Rome Memorial Award for the resident who exemplifies humanism in medicine and served as Chief Resident. He and his wife, who is an OB/GYN in the Orlando area, are thrilled to be settled in Central Florida where they welcome the opportunity to provide expert care for every patient.
