Biography: Spencer Maddox, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist. In practice since 2021, Dr. Maddox is deeply committed to the cardiac care of all patients in Calhoun and the surrounding areas. He values the long-term relationship with his patients and the opportunity to help them heal through procedures and imaging.
Dr. Maddox earned his medical degree at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and completed his residency program in internal medicine at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, where he served as Chief Medical Resident. Dr. Maddox then went on to complete a fellowship there in cardiovascular disease.
Personal Interests: Along with providing his patients with exceptional cardiac care and uncommon compassion, Dr. Maddox enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and spending time outdoors.
