Raul Olivera, MD, FAANS

Raul Olivera, MD is a board-certified neurosurgeon with sub-specialty fellowships training in complex cranial disorders, skull base and cerebrovascular surgery. He has a special interest in all forms of brain and spinal cord tumors as well as vascular abnormalities, and also treats hydrocephalus, brain and spine trauma, cranio-cervical junction abnormalities, spinal degenerative disease and disc heroizations. Dr. Olivera is fluent in English and Spanish he sees patients ages 18 years and older.

Dr. Olivera enjoys reading, history, and traveling with his family, immersing themselves in the various cultures and the beautiful wonders of the world.

Dr. Olivera treats his patients as he would his family and strives to educate them on their diagnosis. He sees each day as an opportunity to make a difference in every patient’s life through demonstrating compassion, trust, and actively listening to each patient’s needs.
