Krishen Patel, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist who obtained his medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, FL. He completed an internal medicine residency at the same institution. He was also awarded a gastroenterology fellowship there, which he recently completed.
Dr. Patel is the author of numerous peer-reviewed articles, abstracts, oral presentations and manuscripts and was an assistant editor of the book “The Surgery Boards,” published in 2013. He is fluent in English and Gujarati.
