Eduardo Hernandez-Verge, MD, MPH

Eduardo Hernandez-Verge, MD, is a board-certified family medicine provider. He is fluent in English and Spanish. As part of his practice, Dr. Hernandez-Verge offers preventive care through annual exams and treats chronic conditions like arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and thyroid disease. Dr. Hernandez-Verge was interested in health care from a young age. He’s passionate about caring for others and helping them maintain their overall well-being, and he aims to improve their quality of life. Dr. Hernandez-Verge strives to listen carefully and explain clearly, so his patients feel respected, understood and confident that their concerns are being taken seriously. Dr. Hernandez-Verge earned his medical degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He then completed his family medicine residency from the Blackstone Family Medicine Residency Program in Midlothian, Virginia. Dr. Hernandez-Verge is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has authored several academic publications. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his family and dog, traveling the world, exploring different cultures and cycling around the city and countryside.
