Biography: Dr. Patel is dual board-certified family & geriatrics medicine physician Diplomate in American Board of Obesity Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine and a fellow of American Academy of Family Physician. His specialties include comprehensive care for younger & older adults, men’s & women's health, sub-acute & chronic care, weight management, behavioral health & o‑ce procedures. He is a passionate Geriatrician committed to a multifaceted approach to the care of older adults, promote wellness & independent function, reduce polypharmacy, manage dementia, delirium, depression, osteoporosis, sleep disorders, pain, and so much more.
Dr. Patel speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati and sees patients ages 12 years and older. Dr. Patel’s goal is to listen to his patients so he can understand what’s going on, their goals, and, most importantly, how he can help manage them. He believes a good doctor patient relationship is a key driver of clinical outcomes to promote good results and prevent adverse outcomes.
