Crystal DeJesus, PA-C, is a Family Medicine physician assistant who has been working in the Florida area since 2012 as a primary care provider. She graduated from Touro University in New York City in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in physician assistant studies. Crystal has been involved in all aspects of patient care across the lifespan, including treatment plans, physical examinations, minor surgical procedures, chronic care management and urgent care. She has experience caring for patients in a virtual setting whether it be from their homes or from a skilled or assisted living facility. Crystal speaks English and Spanish and is dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the community.
