Connie Witt, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner whose heart’s desire is to improve access to high quality, compassionate care for everyone, especially those living in medically underserved areas. She strives to treat every person with dignity and respect, drawing on her vast wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly with diabetes and heart disease, when caring for patients.
Connie earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. Connie is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
