Chandni Patel, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Chandni Patel, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN), providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients ages 13 and up. Her educational foundation is strong, having earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Louisville. She further advanced her expertise by completing her certification for Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University. Chandni’s clinical background is rich, encompassing postpartum and antepartum care, with significant experience in supporting high-risk pregnancies. She is skilled in a wide range of services including contraceptive counseling, management of menstrual disorders and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), perimenopause and menopause management, preventive care and well-woman exams. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

In her free time, Chandni enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and baking.
