Ann Nevin, APRN, FNP-BC

Ann Nevin, APRN, FNP-BC, is an advanced practice registered nurse and board-certified family nurse practitioner with a passion for whole-person care. As part of her practice, she performs annual wellness exams, provides care for chronic and acute illnesses and educates her patients, empowering them to be active and successful participants in their plan of care. She sees patients 12 and older. Ann transitioned to family medicine after eight years of experience in intensive care nursing so that she could focus on preventive care measures and help combat chronic health conditions before they start. Ann earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in family practice from the University of Tampa and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is licensed through the Florida Board of Nursing and board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds various certifications, including advanced cardiovascular and basic life support.

Ann works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the desired treatment goals with care and compassion. She uses evidence-based guidelines and patient input to curate individualized care plans with quantifiable treatment goals.
