Ransom Memorial Health is pleased to announce it has been named a 2017 Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey. Press Ganey is a nationally recognized provider of quality and patient experience measurement and provides strategic advisory solutions for health care organizations.
The award recognizes top-performing health care organizations that have consistently achieved the 95th percentile or above in quality measurements. Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top 5 percent of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.
“Delivering consistent high-quality patient care is a team sport,” said Dorothy Rice, RN and RMH Quality Director. “Our RMH team is dedicated and committed to the community. We strive to provide excellent, high-quality care to every patient, every time.”
