In what is a new role to Adventist Health System, Freeman, who previously served as the organization's executive director of compensation and benefits, is now responsible for the systemwide total rewards strategy, which includes leading the planning, design, implementation, maintenance and administration of all compensation and benefits programs.
'Rena brings a wealth of HR experience to this role, and we are excited to have the opportunity to leverage her expertise,' said Azevedo.
