Keith Boyce has been named president/CEO for AdventHealth’s region of skilled nursing facilities, AdventHealth Care Centers, and will begin his role March 15, 2021. In this position, Boyce will oversee the strategic direction, future expansion and development of the organization’s skilled nursing facilities, which currently include eight facilities in Central Florida and one each in Texas and Kansas. Boyce will report directly to Sandra Johnson, executive vice president and chief administrative officer for AdventHealth.
“Keith is an experienced and mission-led leader whose contributions to the organization will greatly serve the delivery of whole-person care across our system,” said Johnson. “I have no doubt that he will work collaboratively with our leaders and team members to provide excellent and connected clinical care that ensures our teams and communities feel whole.”
With 26 years of experience in the skilled nursing and rehabilitation field, Boyce started his career in 1995 at National HealthCare and most recently served as regional vice president for Signature HealthCARE, overseeing its Music Trail Region facilities in Tennessee. He has served as facility administrator, regional vice president, divisional business development director and vice president overseeing a continuing care retirement community.

A graduate of Southern Adventist University, Boyce earned a Bachelor of Science in long- term health care administration and he is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Throughout his career, Boyce has served locally on several church boards, local rotary clubs and other civic organizations. He’s also participated in medical development/mission trips to Nicaragua and Peru, in addition to joining local relief groups in their response efforts for several natural disasters.
Boyce and his wife Trish are the proud parents of one daughter, Allyson, 19, who is a sophomore in college. He is an avid hiker and enjoys tennis, mountain biking, softball, traveling, reading and camping. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, he still follows all Arkansas Razorback sports closely.
