Gordon Hospital, a member of Adventist Health System, is pleased to announce the addition of Julie Tippens, FNP, to Gordon Physicians Group.
Tippens is now seeing patients at the Gordon Hospital Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine, located at 1035 Red Bud Road in Calhoun.
Prior to joining the Gordon Hospital Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine, Tippens worked as an RN at Gordon Hospital for 15 years. Im very excited for this new journey at Gordon, said Tippens. I look forward to serving our patients as their wound care provider.
Tippens received her undergraduate degree from Floyd College and her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University.
In addition to her education, Tippens is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, and the American Nurses Association.
