Gordon Hospital is pleased to announce that the practice of Phillip Gray, MD, will now be a part of Gordon Physicians Group and will be referred to as Gordon Primary Care.
We are thrilled to have Gordon Primary Care join Gordon Physicians Group, said Pete Weber, president and CEO of Gordon Hospital. Dr. Gray has been a highly-respected healthcare provider in our community for many years, and I believe he will allow Gordon Primary Care to flourish and prosper in partnership with Gordon Hospital.
Dr. Gray is a graduate of Oxford College, Emory University, and the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He completed his family practice residency at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. Dr. Gray is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has served as president of the Gordon County Medical Society.
Dr. Gray has been a practicing physician in Gordon County for more than 25 years. Residing in Calhoun, he and his wife Monica have six children: Glenn, Aaron, Taylor, Rachel, Drew, and Nolan. Outside of his profession, Dr. Gray enjoys fishing, camping, playing golf, hunting, and spending time with family.
Gordon Primary Care will officially become a service of Gordon Physicians Group on Monday, May 2. The hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and the office will be closed from 12 to 1:30 pm for lunch each day. To make an appointment, call Call706-625-6999.
