We are extremely honored to be recognized as one of the top workplaces, said Amanda Maggard, Florida Hospital Zephyrhills President and CEO. With more than 950 employees, we strive to enrich every individuals professional and personal growth by providing ongoing training, recognition programs and a culture that promotes integrating our CREATION Life principles. By doing so, we believe this translates into better patient care and happier, healthier employees. Our faith-based organization also encourages prayer in the workplace and offers employees the opportunity to participate in mission trips, volunteer in the community and maintain a healthy lifestyle through our wellness program.
The CREATION Life acronym stands for Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook and Nutrition. By consistently practicing these principles at work and at home, we believe it can make a dramatic difference in employee satisfaction and performance, Maggard added.
