The Florida Hospital Waterman Foundations 8th Annual Celebration of Life Gala raised more than $113,000 for the expansion of Emergency Services at Florida Hospital Waterman. The evening included dining, a silent auction, entertainment by MPire and a special drawing for a set of paddleboards.
More than 65,000 patients received emergency care at Florida Hospital Waterman in 2016, said Florida Hospital Waterman Foundation President, April Kauffman. As Lake County continues to experience growth, our emergency services need to expand to accommodate the health care needs of our community. Through the generosity of our donors, we can help ensure patients continue to receive the very best care in a safe and compassionate environment.
The Florida Hospital Waterman Foundation provides funding for programs and services including cardiac care, scholarships, missions, cancer care, the Community Primary Care Clinic, and more at Florida Hospital Waterman.
The 9th Annual Celebration of Life Gala will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at the Westin Lake Mary. Call Call352-253-3270 or visit FHWatermanDonate.org for more information.
