Amwell, a national telehealth leader, has named AdventHealth a winner of its Innovative Integration Award. This award recognizes organizations that have identified connection points within digital health care to improve clinical outcomes and user experiences.
AdventHealth was recognized for its innovative digital front door strategy, which is making it possible for patients to seamlessly navigate through the health care journey, from checking their health documentations and paying a bill, to conducting a virtual urgent care visit with a provider.
“Technology and the integration of digital tools have undoubtedly enhanced our ability to care for and connect with those we serve, and I am thankful for the talented team members who continue to drive innovation with the care and well-being of our patients at the center of their work.” said David Oakley, vice president of digital health for AdventHealth.
The award was announced as part of Amwell’s annual Client Forum. Award winners were selected across various categories based on the achievement of measurable impacts through their telehealth endeavors.
