The New Year began with joy and celebration across AdventHealth West Florida Division hospitals as three families welcomed their bundles of joy on January 1, 2025. These first babies of the year symbolize new beginnings, hope, and blessings for their families and the care teams who supported them.
Baby Jeeno – AdventHealth Tampa (2:29 a.m.)
The honor of being the first baby born in the AdventHealth West Florida Division for 2025 goes to Baby Jeeno, who arrived at 2:29 a.m. at AdventHealth Tampa. Jeeno weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and measured 20 inches long. Both baby and family are doing well as they celebrate this special milestone.
Baby Holly – AdventHealth Ocala (7:52 a.m.)
A few hours later, Baby Holly made her debut at AdventHealth Ocala at 7:52 a.m. Weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and measuring 20.5 inches long, Holly’s arrival brought immense joy to her family and the care team.
Baby Samiyah – AdventHealth Riverview (9:27 a.m.)
AdventHealth Riverview welcomed its first New Year’s baby, Baby Samiyah, at 9:27 a.m. Weighing 7 pounds, 3 ounces and measuring 20 inches long, Samiyah's parents say she entered the world dancing to music in the operating room!
