Shannon Gravitte promoted to senior vice president of public affairs at AdventHealth
AdventHealth is pleased to announce Shannon Gravitte has been named Senior Vice President of Public Affairs for the Central Florida Division. Gravitte, who has been with AdventHealth since 2016, will continue to lead local, state and federal government relations efforts in Florida, while bringing expanded advocacy and community investment strategies across greater Orlando.
Shannon will be responsible for building stakeholder relationships to advance key AdventHealth priorities, including community health needs activation, diversity, equity and inclusion, industry positioning and sustainability.
Shannon has more than 25 years of experience in government and community advocacy, having served in leadership roles with former Congressman and Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum, Mears Transportation, Hill & Knowlton and Universal Orlando. She serves as Chair of the Central Florida Commission on Homelessness and on the boards of the Orlando Economic Partnership and Give Kids the World.
Sharon Line Clary promoted to senior vice president of community impact and partnership engagement at AdventHealth
AdventHealth is pleased to announce Sharon Line Clary has been named Senior Vice President of Community Impact and Partnership Engagement for the Central Florida Division.
Sharon is a veteran health care leader with over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications and strategy. She most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Communications at AdventHealth, overseeing the strategy for the East and Central Florida Division’s hospitals and ERs, and hundreds of outpatient care sites.
In her new role, Sharon will bring the AdventHealth brand to life through leadership of the AdventHealth Foundation in Central Florida; marketing and nonprofit partnerships; business partnerships; communications; and community relations and impact.
Sharon serves on several boards including Florida Citrus Sports, Greater Orlando Sports Commission, WISE Greater Orlando, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts – The Circle, Mennello Museum of Art and Orlando Museum of Art.
