As a woman, there’s a lot on your plate these days. But it’s important to make your own health a priority, so you can continue to be everything you want to be. That’s why we’re bringing our Women’s Health and Cancer Prevention Event to life on Saturday, October 7. It’s our way of helping you hit the pause button and zero in on important health matters.
Featuring an all-female group of speakers, our team will address everything from menopause and sleep disorders to urinary incontinence — plus, some fun extras for your body, mind and spirit.
“Women are so used to looking after others in their lives, they sometimes forget to care for themselves,” said Director of Cancer accreditation, Elizabeth Hayden, RN, BSN, MBA, OCN. “This is an opportunity for the women in our community to come together in a very supportive environment. To take a deep breath. To ask the questions they’ve been too busy — or too embarrassed — to ask. And to enjoy some much-needed pampering.”
Join us for a full-day event featuring speakers on topics like:
- Acid reflux
- Heart health
- Hernia prevention and treatment
- Mammography and breast cancer
- Menopause.
- Osteoporosis.
- Screening colonoscopies.
- Sleep disorders
- Urinary and bowel incontinence
- Weight management.
In addition to these health talks, our event will include some special, just-for-women extras, including bra fittings, facials, health screenings and massages. Wherever your unique health concerns or wellness interests lie, we’ve worked hard to make sure there’s something for every woman.
Get your tickets today! Take another step toward your whole health.
