Gabriela Zuniga Paniagua, MD

Gabriela Zuniga Paniagua, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. She earned her medical degree at the University of Costa Rica School of Medicine in San Jose, Costa Rica. Dr. Zuniga Paniagua completed her internal medicine internship at Loyola Medicine-MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois, and a residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida. She had fellowship training in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at the UCF GME Consortium in Orlando, Florida. Before joining AdventHealth, Dr. Zuniga Paniagua was a hospitalist at UCF Lake Nona Hospital in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Zuniga Paniagua has also worked as a PRN hospitalist at Florida Osceola Hospital in Osceola, Florida. Additionally, she is an associate professor at the University of Central Florida and has contributed to the field through published works and presentations. Dr. Zuniga Paniagua is dedicated to providing whole-person care to each patient, considering body, mind and spirit.
