Baoqiong Liu, MD

Baoqiong Liu, MD, is a cardiologist who earned her medical degree and PhD from Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University in Changsha, China. Dr. Liu completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM and R) at Xiangya Hospital, Central South University in Changsha, China, where she was named chief resident. Dr. Liu completed a second internship and residency in internal medicine at AdventHealth in Orlando, FL, with clinical rotations in cardiology at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Liu was a cardiovascular hospitalist at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA. Dr. Liu completed her cardiology fellowship and subsequently a fellowship in cardiovascular imaging at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. Dr. Liu has contributed to numerous publications, including articles in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology and the American Journal of Medical Science.
