Wendy Hill, APRN

Wendy Hill, APRN, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse. Before becoming an APRN, she served AdventHealth for 20 years as a registered nurse, with the last 10 years at AdventHealth Waterman as the Urology Surgical Coordinator. She specializes in diagnosing and managing a wide range of urologic conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), enlarged prostate, overactive bladder (OAB), urinary tract infections (UTIs), hematuria, kidney stones, incontinence, and other related disorders. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from AdventHealth University, Wendy completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. She is passionate about patient advocacy and the importance of preventative medicine. Her goal is to listen carefully to her patients and empower them with education and support to make informed decisions about their health. Wendy promotes health through prevention by providing screenings, encouraging healthy habits, and helping patients manage conditions before they worsen. She believes advocacy and prevention go hand-in-hand in creating better outcomes and building trust between healthcare providers and the communities they serve. Outside of her professional role, Wendy is a devoted wife and mother and an avid reader. She values collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
