Biography

Dr. Chastain is board certified in family medicine with comprehensive training in acute care in a Level 2 Trauma Center, surgery, OB/GYN, internal medicine and pediatrics. She also served as a medicine research Fellow at the Cleveland Clinic pulmonary outpatient clinic in Weston, FL. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Serving patients ages 4 and older.
