Sarah Osorio, APRN

Sarah Osorio, APRN, is a doctorally trained advanced practice registered nurse with nearly 20 years of experience. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Post-Master’s Nursing Education Certificate, and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Sarah most recently served as director of Metabolic Health Institutes’ service lines for the AdventHealth Diabetes and Endocrinology Institute in Orlando and previously provided advanced gastroenterology care at Digestive Disease Consultants in Maitland, Florida and Columbia University Medical Center in New York, New York. She is fluent in Spanish and an accomplished public speaker, educator and panelist with professional interests in metabolic health, culinary medicine, health equity and population-based care models.
