She holds both Bachelor and Master Degrees in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College, New York City, and attended a Post Graduate Surgical Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Additionally, she earned her Doctorate in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Worldwide. Throughout her career, JoAnne has demonstrated commitment to healthcare excellence through leadership and education, having chaired physician assistant committees and established fellowship programs for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
