Carrie Allen, PA-C

Carrie Allen, MS, PA-C, is a certified physician associate specializing in diabetes and weight management. She serves the Littleton community by providing diabetes care, obesity management expertise and comprehensive nutritional education for adults ages 18 and up. She initiates and interprets continuous glucose monitoring systems and manages insulin pump therapy, which results in improved diabetic control.

Being a healthcare provider has allowed Carrie to have a positive impact in her patient's health and well-being — something she feels is the greatest award anyone can achieve.

Carrie earned her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology and a Master of Science (MS) in Physician Associate Studies from Missouri State University. She also holds a certificate in obesity management. Carrie is certified by the National Certification for Physician Assistants and is a member of multiple medical organizations, including the American Society of Endocrine Physician Assistants, Obesity Medicine Association and the American Diabetes Association.

When she’s not seeing patients, Carrie enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband Tom, family, friends and her dogs. She stays active by swimming, cycling, hiking and skiing in Colorado’s majestic mountains.

Carrie prioritizes open communication and actively listens to each of her patients to treat them with the respect they deserve. Together we will formulate a plan to treat your health conditions. She and her team of MA’s, RN, and CDE will work with you to provide the best care possible.
