Perry Moore, PA-C

Perry Moore, PA-C, entered the medical field as a Navy hospital corpsman, later transitioning to become a surgical technologist aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson in Alameda, CA. He received an honorable discharge after six years of service to our country. Perry earned his physician assistant degree from the USC School of Medicine in Los Angeles. He is NCCPA board certified and Florida licensed. Over the course of his 20-year career as a surgical PA, Perry has gained comprehensive experience in many different specialties, including solid organ transplant, cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, surgical oncology, general surgery, colorectal surgery and bariatric surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
