Samit B Patel, MD

Samit Patel, MD, is a board-certified pediatric gastroenterologist who earned his medical degree at the Medical University of Lublin in Poland in 2014. Dr. Patel completed his Pediatric Residency at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ, from 2014 to 2017, followed by a pediatric gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Florida at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children he served as the vice chair of the Department of Pediatrics and co-director of the Aerodigestive Center at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. He was also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Bradenton, FL. Dr. Patel is the author of numerous published peer-reviewed articles and abstracts.
