Carmina Charles, MD, is board certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism with board eligibility in diabetes, metabolism and medical genetics and as a physician nutrition specialist. As a member of the esteemed diabetes and endocrinology team at AdventHealth Medical Group in Orlando, she specializes in treating women with polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid disorders, diabetes, metabolism and nutrition disorders, and related conditions. She is a graduate of the Ross University School of Medicine in the Commonwealth of Dominica and underwent her residency training at Orlando Health followed by back-to-back fellowships in clinical nutrition and endocrinology at the Medical University of South Carolina, capping her tenure as Chief Endocrinology Fellow.
