Biography

Stephen Yu, MD, is a board-certified urologist with over 30 years of experience who earned a medical degree from Rutgers University, New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. He completed his residency in general surgery and urology at New York University Medical Center in New York, NY, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Yu has been an active staff member at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, CT and New Milford Hospital in New Milford, CT. He also began a private practice in 1993, and since 2021, he has been a urologist at Nuvance Healthcare. He looks forward to providing whole-person care for all his patients, treating body, mind and spirit.
