Lixandra Gonzalez, MD

Lixandra Gonzalez, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica. Dr. Gonzalez completed an internship in internal medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami in Miami, FL, where she also completed a residency in neurology and was awarded a clinical neurophysiology fellowship. Most recently, Dr. Gonzalez practiced at the Brain Center and at Jeffrey Horstmyer and Company MD, PA, in Miami, FL. Early in her career, Dr. Gonzalez worked as an admitting representative at Westchester General Hospital in Miami. Today, she specializes in treating neurological conditions and has published numerous papers and articles based on her research in neurology. Dr. Gonzales speaks Spanish and English.
