Lawrence Lee, MD, MBA

Lawrence Lee, MD, MBA, is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon with expertise in mitral valve disease, complex multivalve disease, and structural heart pathology. Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and master's degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He completed residency training in general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He also completed a three-year postdoctoral research fellowship at the Brigham and Women's Hospital investigating novel methods of treating ischemic cardiomyopathy. Prior to joining AdventHealth, Dr. Lee served as the Chief of Cardiac Surgery and Surgical Director of the Structural Heart Program at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
