John Tramont, MD

Dr. John Tramont is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) and holds a Focused Designated Practice in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Tramont specializes in the management of complex gynecologic conditions, including Placenta Accreta Spectrum. A retired Captain in the U.S. Navy, he completed multiple duty stations across the United States and abroad, including several operational deployments. As a former Naval Flight Surgeon, he brings extensive expertise in flight and aerospace medicine. In his current role, Dr. Tramont is responsible for developing and growing the acute care gynecology/hospitalist service and is actively involved in teaching residents, medical students, and physician assistant students.
