Farnoosh Shariati, MD

Farnoosh Shariati, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist with six years of clinical experience. She recently completed a cardiovascular medicine fellowship at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was a chief cardiology fellow. She also finished her internal medicine residency at Ochsner medical center. Dr. Shariati earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, Florida. Her research focus has been on advanced heart failure and cardio oncology where she has published multiple papers. In addition to her clinical and research work, Dr. Shariati has co-founded three nonprofit organizations, one being Hands of Hope, an organization with an aim to help students with variable disabilities. She volunteers with the Child Foundation and has participated in community health outreach programs throughout Florida.
