Douglas R. Murphy Jr., MD, is a board-certified gynecologist who cares for patients of all ages. After 40 years of working in private practice, where he provided dedicated women’s care for patients of all ages, Dr. Murphy is now teaching Family Medicine Residents in Ocala. He earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Florida in Gainesville before completing his medical degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. He completed his OB/GYN residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
